Undercover Vibe founders - the team behind Tallinn's coziest coworking and board game club

Built by entrepreneurs, for entrepreneurs

We know what it takes to build a business — because we're doing it ourselves. This space exists so you never have to work alone again.

Why we built this

As entrepreneurs, we tried everything: home offices where loneliness kills motivation, corporate coworkings full of people on someone else's payroll, and coffee shops where you can't take a call. We wanted a space surrounded by people who think like us — who understand the highs and lows of building something from scratch. So we built it.

A space made for focus, not flair

Every detail was chosen by founders who work here daily. IKEA Markus chairs — tested with our own backs through 8-hour days. Coffee rotated monthly from local Tallinn roasters, because bad coffee makes bad decisions. Fiber-optic Wi-Fi, because a spinning loader during a client call is not an option. Warm lighting, real plants, quiet zones. None of this was the cheapest option — it was the right one.

A curated community

We deliberately keep the space small — six to ten people on a typical day. Everyone here runs a business: SaaS founders, consultants, agency owners, e-commerce entrepreneurs. We review every application so the quality of the room stays high. The result: real conversations, real partnerships, and zero small talk about the weather.

Our mission

To prove that where you work shapes how you work. A room full of entrepreneurs creates a different energy than a room full of strangers. We're building the workspace we always wished existed in Tallinn — and keeping it exclusive enough that every seat matters.

And after work — 1,000+ board games

We're serious about games too. After 18:00 and on weekends, the space transforms into Tallinn's most extensive board game club. But during work hours, business comes first.
